Now the picture doesn't fit my TV...or if we resize the picture then the guide is too big...we no longer have a time/channel display...AND the on feature we use most often and called about in the first place STILL doesn't work!!! It has been over a month and I honestly don't know why I am still paying you. What happened to customer service??
