resolução é muito simples e é um erro bastante comum O erro 0x80072f89 é bastante típico quando existem actualizações, seja do lado do servidor de email que possui, seja do lado do seu computador, onde o sistema operativo, normalmente Windows, ou a aplicação Outlook possa ter sido actualizado. O Erro 0x80072f89 está relacionado com os certificados SSL. Este erro 0x80072f89 do Outlook tem como consequência a não recepção de emails, nem a capacidade de enviar novos emails. 1. Para resolver o erro 0x80072f89 basta ir às definições de email, dependendo da versão do seu Outlook, o icone de definições pode esta localizado em posições diferentes. No caso da versão que estou actualmente a utilizar, está localizado no fundo da barra da esquerda. 2. Agora entre nas opções de Contas. 3. Neste nova janela vai encontrar os seus emails que estão configurados com o Outlook. Escolha o que está a ter problemas e carregue sobre o mesmo. E escolha a opção alterar definições. 4. Agora escolha a opção de alterar definições de sincronização de caixa de correio. 5. Desce até ao final da janela e carregue nas definições da caixa de correio avançadas. 6. Nesta nova janela encontre as opções de certificados SSL. Tire o visto que exige o certificado SSL para envio de correio. E tire o visto para a mesma opção, mas agora para a recepção. 7. Guarde as alterações. Poderá ser necessário preencher dados como nome e voltar a colocar a palavra passe na aplicação. Desta forma poderá voltar a utilizar o email no Outlook, sem problemas com o erro 0x80072f89.
