I was playing lotro, closed it and shut down my PC, and when I booted it back up the next day to play I got this error all the sudden. When I open my LOTRO game, it looks like its downloading directx, and then the error happens and it doesn't download it - it makes me close/ignore (but if I ignore it just happens again and I have to close).
