My advice is to take it to a Brother service centre while it is under warranty. If it's out of warranty they are usually a throw away job. I have a Brother mfc 8500 All-in-one. It works very well. I see one problem. It cannot print "multiple copies" of Adobe Pagemaker (v. 7.01) files (pmd). Regardless of how many copies I click, it only prints out one set. What could be wrong on this? Satoshi
