KB 210-1006141 – Print Engine Not Opened when printing reports to Email In Sage 300 ERP sage accpac error 49153 2012, you might have encountered the error “Print Engine Not Opened”. This message may appear when printing Sage 300 ERP reports to email. We have a workaround outlined in KB article 210-1006141. Once you apply those steps run Sage sage accpac error 40962 300 ERP and try printing reports to email. Watch the video that shows you how to apply the workaround: HotFix 210-1005814 – Separated Values Export Options form no longer available when exporting report to CSV in Sage 300 ERP 2012 When you are in Sage 300 ERP 2012, the Separated Values Export Options form is no longer available when exporting reports to CSV. This causes the data to include extra header records in the export file and prevents users that have 3rdParty applications that they need to integrate with via CSV. KB article 210-1005814 features the HotFix to resolve this issue as well as steps to duplicate it. Before, in Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 and in earlier versions, when CSV is chosen as an Export type another window appears labelled “Separated Values Export Options” is displayed allowing users to select options such as “Delimeter Type”, “Standard or Legacy Mode” or choosing to export/not export “Group Sections”. I have checked the Crystal support forums and it looks if several people have encountered this issue but found little help.
