I try to print out the database and get the message "The OpenReport action was cancelled". I tried it on other machines and had no problem. I am not a programmer and the only solutions I found dealt with VB script. I tried loading the driver and restarting the computer but didn't work. The database was originally created in access 2000 and I am trying to print with 2003. It will print with other machines the openreport action running access 2003. I am having the same issue. I cannot print a database report that prints fine from other computers. I have printed it many times before from my computer and no upgrades/changes were made that I am aware of that might explain this sudden error. The database was created under Access 2000 and all machines involved are still running 2000. If you have solved this little mystery since your last post please post again and let me know. 0Votes Share Flag Collapse - My problem solved! by austin · 9 years ago In reply to The OpenReport action was ... Dumb mistake on my part. The only problem was that I had changed my default printer to Adobe PDF last week. When I changed it back to a real printer I no longer get the error message and can print fine. 0Votes Share Flag Back to Software Forum 3 total posts (Page 1 of 1)  Search Related Discussions 2 Need advice for inventory software georgeclike · September 21, 2016 4:56am PST 0 Do you think employee productivity be improved using a car tr Custom Search UtterAccess Forums>Microsoft® Access>Access Reports Open Report Action Was Cancelled Forum HomeSearchHelpUA Messages|-- UtterAccess.com NewsAccess Knowledge Center|-- Access Code Archive|-- Access Knowledgebase / FAQ|-- Access TutorialsMicrosoft® Access|-- Local Access User Groups (AUGs)|-- Interface Design|-- Access Q and A|-- Access Tables + Relationships|-- Access Queries|-- Access Forms|-- Access Reports|-- Access Macros|-- Access Modules|-- Access Date + Time|-- Access Errors + Error Handling|-- Access Built-in Functions|-- Access Searching + Data Mining|-- Access Records|-- Access Security|-- Access Automation|-- Access Database Container|-- Tool bars, Menu bars + Ribbon|-- Access Services (Web Databases)|-- Access Data Access Pages (Deprecated)|-- Access Data Projects - ADP|-- Access Runtime, Packaging & DeploymentAnd More...|-- Microsoft SQL Server|-- SQL Server Reporting Services|-- Microsoft SharePoint|-- Microsoft Internet Explorer|-- Visual Basic 6 and Earlier|-- Visual Basic 2003 and Later|-- ASP and VBScript|-- Web Development|-- PHP, Perl, MySQL and Postgres|-- Other Database Engines|-- BI Tools and Applications|-- JAVA and C#|-- GraphicsMicrosoft® Office|-- Microsoft Excel|-- Microsoft Excel FAQs|-- Microsoft Word|-- Microsoft Outlook|-- Microsoft PowerPoint|-- Microsoft FrontPage/Exp.
