They do, however, open if I use Internet Explorer or Mozilla firefox. I have other PDFs and Word documents in the same tree that were uploaded aol mail help at the same time and they open fine. I have called Ancestry and received a different answer from each of the 3 people I have spoken with, none of which enable me to open these PDFs and Word document in Google Chrome. I have cleared my cache and browsing history and I have uninstalled and re-installed Chrome; neither of which worked I have not contacted them about the files not opening in AOL because I just attempted it. When I attempt to open these files in Chrome I get the following error: Duplicate headers received from server Less The response from the server contained duplicate headers.
