This is an AOL connectivity code, my repair was simple, go to add/remove programs, select AOL Connectivity, change/remove, then select repair, make sure you are closed out of AOL software before starting. Did you do the above with all AOL software closed? If no joy, what operating system are you using? If Windows 98, you may need to go back to AOL 7. Best wishes! 0 LVL 97 Overall: Level 97 Software-Other 27 Message Accepted Solution by:war12006-11-18 avidplayer, We have not heard from you. Did any comment help you solve your problem? I have tried everything from repairing connectivity service to uninstalling/reinstalling AOl. I spent over an hour on the phone with AOL trying different fixes, and nothing worked. I called Dell and explained, they had me do some things. I think one was to check the modem (and it works fine) and a couple others, and none of that fixed it.
