Called Aqualogic, they told me to check the 20A fuse. When I confirmed the fuse wasn't blown they told me to contact my pool company since they were an approved warranty provider for Aqualogic. Decided to Google this first and found this link. Took the board off, and found the same burned out connection under the relay.
