If you are calling another VoIP client accross the internet, and not going to the PSTN, then you can use a softphone (SIP URI) address, with the format of: username or username@sipdomain You need to know their SIP/softphone username. The sipdomain could be specified as an IP address, if the DNS lookup for the sipdomain is not working. It is usually better to let eyeBeam add the sipdomain. If you are not sure, please contact the administrator of the PBX/server for the exact steps in making a long distance or international call. Best Regards.
