Web interface says something about "generating licences, please wait" or something like that. Then suddenly stops with a screen saying "Authorization error". In the end I mailed UA support, and they sent me an authorization file as an attachment. And everything was fixed. I have a feeling they're still updating some of their back end systems at UA (the card registration transfer seems flaky too), and a few things have stopped working. But support have managed to help me out every time. Safe to say they're really busy at UA with all the upgrades/crossgrades.
