Thought ladies & gents? Paul. Try this for me Paul. Back up your BB using Desktop Manager. Then go back to a theme that came with your device and delete the theme you are using now. Re-boot your phone and let us know if you still get the same error. Ever since I got my Bold, when I reboot the following error message appears after the Security check. "Uncaught Exception Java.Lang Index out of Bounds Exception." I press OK and the error message disappears blackberry bold and the Bold continues to operate normally without further issue. My OS is .167. Not sure what's causing this error. Unable to find anything on Google that would point me in a direction to correct. Do any of you folks know what this is or are experiencing the same error? Thanks in advance.... If it is as reproduceable/frequent as you are describing. Try deleting 3rd party apps from the device, rebooting in between each delete and see if the problem goes away. If upon removing an app and the problem goes away. Reinstall it to see if the problem comes back. If so, I would contact the developer of that app and see if they might be able to provide some insight for you. Also, what OS do you have? Your carrier indicates AT&T so .167 perhaps? __________________ Cheers, Mason "If tyranny and oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy. When it boots back up it shows this series of error messages and all customization is lost. After removing the battery a second time for 15 seconds the phone remembers its customization and is back functional. This only happens when it is plugged in the wall charger. PLEASE HELP!
