You are trying to access a webpage on your blackberry or to receive emails? Surfing the net has nothing to do with your BES. The only problem you can have is if on the BES you have provided an IT Policy blocking the users from surfing (check your IT Policy). Make sure they use the blackberry browser and that they have a data plan 0 LVL 12 Overall: Level 12 BlackBerry 1 Message Author Comment by:florin_s2009-11-09 The error message appears when the page loads http://mobile.xing.com "HTTP Error 400: Bad Request The server could not understand the page request, or they could not process any other reason. Load a different page. Details: Connection refused mobile.xing.com: 443" The original message is in german and what is above it's a translation. What should I check or what information should I ask the user to provide ? Thanks. 0 LVL 12 Overall: Level 12 BlackBerry 7 Message Expert Comment by:dlan752009-11-09 Hi, Port 443 is for ssl connection ! must be https not http. That's what might be you
