Instead, do this: go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and RIGHT CLICK on the logo that is trying to load. THEN: navigate down to 'settings', click on it, and you should have the choice: "disable hardware acceleration". NOTE: If you do NOT have this choice, quickly study the icons at the bottom: on MY display, the left-most was an icon that resembled a https://support.mozilla.org/questions/786207 video monitor: click on that and you WILL be given the opportunity to "disable hardware acceleration". It works, if you can get it done before you get a BSOD! AND, you don't have to take your computer's life in your hands by updating your video drivers. I really really don't recommend doing that! Windows 7: BSOD (mostly) while using Flash Player 06 May 2013 #1 thiaZ Windows 7 Ultimite x64 4 posts BSOD (mostly) while blue screen using Flash Player Hello everyone, since I got my new Computer I ran into a lot of random BSODs. Some weeks ago they just randomly appeared maybe once or twice a week, but the last days it happens several times a day, which is extremely annoying. I just updated my BIOS drivers a week ago and also updated my graphic card driver flash blue screen to the newest version. I wasn't able to find out what exactly is causing this. It happens randomly, but often while watching streams (Adobe Flash Player) and playing games which made me assume this was somehow related to my graphic card, but as stated above updating the drivers did not solve it. The error messages are not the same every time (sometimes KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, sometimes IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL). To the second one: I already tested my RAM without finding any error. My system: Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2P (BIOS on version FDc) CPU: AMD FX8150 Eight-Core GPU: AMD Radeon HD7850 (Driver on version 12.104-130328a-155980C-ATI) RAM: 4GB DDR3 (I don't exactly remember the brand) I attached the minidumps from yesterday and today to this post any hope for your help. I hereby report my detailed hardware information:-OS: Windws 7 SP1 Home Edition-Browser: firefox latest version/Chrome latest version-Flash Player version: 16.0.0.235-Graphic card model: Nvidia Geforce GT 425M-Graphic Driver: 347.09By reading previous posts on this forum I've found out that this issue may be caused by CUDA functions on recent nvidia drivers. At the moment I've disabled the CUDA function in Nvidia control panel, hoping to fix the problem, but it's a shot in the dark.
