I made no changes to my system or anything and suddenly one day it crashed while playing eve online. From that point on, windows 7 blue screen while playing games whenever I play any game the crashes occur within 3-5 minutes of starting the game. Basically the screen freezes or goes black and I can still hear the sounds from the game. The computer works perfectly and runs quickly

It may have to be run more than once if it comes back with a lot of problems it finds.If the issue is still present, I would update your virus pgm with the latest signatures and run a FULL scan. Next , I'd run a FULL scan with Malwarebytes to check for malware corrupting the system. https://www.malwarebytes.org/Lastly, check your tray for programs you have running in the background. guys, I've been having blue screens when playing games on my laptop (Skyrim, Hearthstone, League of legends). I didn't have this problem before.

The bluescreen says something about nvldksys or something about display. Thanks for the reply. I deleted all drivers and downloaded the stock Nvidia drivers for my laptop from driverscape.com I'm installing them now. Hope it works! update: I restarted my pc after installing and ran Skyrim. I played for three seconds and it crashed... Full specification, operating system etc. From first impression though I think you have problems with some of your components overheating. Download HWinfo http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php , install it and run it with a thick on the sensors only. Play a game for 10 minutes or so with the HWinfo running in the background, then Alt+Tab out of the game and open up the HWinfo window. Take a screen shot on your CPU and GPU temperatures and upload the screenshot/s here http://tinypic.com/ and then post with the link to it so we can take a look.
