Steam Bsod Windows 10
figured I would ask for help here as a last result as I am on my last legs. Tried all the fixes listed in earlier threads and it seems there's still something my PC isn't liking steam is crashing my computer with Ys. The font isn't the problem, nor is the movies (yet, can't get that far) The problem is when I try to run the game, it goes straight to the title screen but nothing works. Can't click, I tried mashing all buttons, nothing is selecting, and after about 6-8 seconds of the (?harpish?) music the game closes instantly and no error is listed. When trying to run Configuration a similar steam blue screen windows 7 problem arises. Girl appears, red outlined window appears and after 8-10 seconds it closes with no warning, and only saved the options which were clicked "Apply" before the crash. So here's the ringer though... I figured I would try just launching over and over just changing settings as fast as I could but about 35% of the time or more, right after the girl appears my PC bluescreens, dumps, and restarts. I am confused and really want to be able to play this. Help? By the way, I would paste specs but don't know where to find them other than dxdiag. and that is 54000 characters long and this can only fit 20000 lol Allivan View Public Profile Search User Find More Posts by Allivan Find Threads by Allivan 03-23-2012, 08:00 AM #2 *ZrK* Join Date: Feb 2012 Reputation: 5 Posts: 31 What is the stop code in the blue screen. (BSoD) 1. Try ENABLING vsync in you video cards settings and in the games configuration utility. Having vsync disabled can cause your video card to overheat and cause a bluescreen or a automatic system reboot. 2. Update your drivers, some blue screens are from corrupted drivers. 3. If you keep getting a blue screen, write down the stop cod

After this every time I run the steam application and attempt to download games (mainly ARK: Survival Evolved) it crashes after (at maximum) 5 minutes. It will give me a BSOD at this point. I have attempted a factory restart, all of my drivers are updated, I've attempted uninstalling and reinstalling Steam, I've opened up my computer and used an air duster to get all the dust out of it since I haven't done that in a while while moving my computer, I don't know if that caused something or not. I will post the error here next time it happens, but one thing I do remember is NETIO.sys be
Acer, Asus or a custom build. We also provide an extensive Windows 7 tutorial section that covers a wide range of tips and tricks. Note, I have always hated Steam and don't want anything to do with it. Yet in order to play Skyrim, I have to have it. So I have Skyrim and Fallout 3 on Steam. The only two games I own that are connected to Steam. Currently I also have Sims 3, Tomb Raider: Underworld, Guild Wars 2, and several other games not connected to Steam. Yet whenever I play Fallout 3 or Skyrim, after about an hour or so, my computer completely locks up and shuts down. When I restart, I get a message saying my computer blue screened from an unknown cause. This happens every time I play any game that uses Steam only. All of my other games that are not connected to Steam (see above), have no issues whatsoever. I have never crashed with them or had any blue screen issues. It is only with Steam games. Why is this? I am completely baffled as to what is causing this. I check google to see if I could find answers, and everyone just kept blaming drivers for the issue. But if it was drivers, then why don't my other games that are not connected to Steam cause this same issue? It is only Steam games that cause this blue screen. So how is that a driver issue? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
