You can also go to "device manager" and uninstall the device and then click on "check for hardware changes" and let it auto install it again and see if it works.Just make sure you do not choose "delete from computer" you want to keep the drivers and the such and if that does not work you can find out what video card you have installed and go to the manufacturers website and download the drivers for it.
