Since you did a flag clear (to get the FFFFFFFF) and it is giving an error which means it is waiting to finish clearing all programming. When you did the last part, did it print out. What was the big number at the bottom?Mark NZtech Posts: 675Joined: Wed Oct 31, 2007 9:30 amLocation: Auckland, New Zealand Top Re: TE 2200 E04 error by Bentcs on Mon Dec 29, 2008 11:40 am you mean holding RECEIPT FEED button down?i got a print that show VER. : 4207LABEL: AA0AAAVER. : 4433 60LABEL: AAOJAHFC : EA080000080006thanks for the reply.Ben Bentcs Posts: 6Joined: Sun Dec 28, 2008 10:45 am Top Re: TE 2200 E04 error by NZtech on Mon Dec 29, 2008 9:25 pm Ok. There is no program in this machine. Is it new out of the box? Otherwise, you will need to dump a backup of your program into it. The most likely cause is the batteries. If they are flat, or someone took them out while the power was off, then you lose everything. If a dealer programmed it, then they will probably have a backup of your programming. It can be re-programmed from scratch, but it can be a big job.Let me know if you need help.Mark NZtech Posts: 675Joined: Wed Oct 31, 2007 9:30 amLocation: Auckland, New Zealand Top Re: TE 2200 E04 error by Bentcs on Tue Dec 30, 2008 1:21 pm i just got it out of the box not long ago ....what if i had another TE 2200 with me? can i get the program out of it ? Bentcs Posts: 6Joined: Sun Dec 28, 2008 10:45 am Top Re: TE 2200 E04 error by NZtech on Tue Dec 30, 2008 9:35 pm Right. They will always do this if they have not had their settings from new.If you have another machine, then your problems are solved. Just go and buy an old CF card (the old ones work best as these machines prefer the low speed cards. Anything from 32MB up to 1 GB should be fine).Once you have a CF card, I can give you the codes for transferring the program.Mark NZtech Posts: 675Joined: Wed Oct 31, 2007 9:30 amLocation: Auckland, New Zealand Top Re: T
