I have contacted charter 3 times today.... I went thru the whole unblock process thru charter error the charter postmaster... but then found out this was happening to every email I've tried to send today. Charter says it my problem, not theirs and that I must have a virus on my computer that is sending out mass emails and that's is why I am blocked from sending out any more. They can not help me.
