I have changed the remotely map network drive for user service login to my network username and I am still getting the same Exit Code 2 error. Below is the net use exit code 2 snippet from the log file. Have any ideas what might be causing this? BTW: The sync works fine with the VWLauncher in normal mode. ============================ 03/07/2006 09:39:13 [474126.414-PID:4856] * Enabled * Run at startup map network drive remotely command prompt - Run as soon as file changes are detected in Source(s). This may be causing the error. To solve this, run the service under a user account which has access to the network share (you will need to specify proper user name and password)._________________-- TGRMN Software Support http://www.tgrmn.com http://www.compareandmerge.com Back to top rfritzschingJoined: 07 Mar 2006Posts: 5 Posted: Wed Mar 08, 2006 1:16 am Post subject: I am not running the VWLauncher under the local system account. I'm using PSExec (SysInternals PSTools) with NirCMD.exe to attempt to get screenshots. Here's the command: psexec.exe \\192.168.1.7 -u "mydomain\administrator" -i -c nircmd.exe savescreenshot "c:\shot.png" When I try it I get "CMD exited on (remote PC) with error code 0." I also get this error when I simply login to the remote PC in the CMD prompt, then logout with this command: psexec.exe \\192.168.1.10 -u "mydomain\administrator" -p "password" cmdI've noticed that RPC fails map network drive on my first attempt frequently, but then works, so I've brushed it off, but maybe that is the issue here. However I have found that sometimes I have to put the command ie: "nircmd.exe savescreenshot "c:\shot.png"" into a .bat file, copy the file to the remote drive, and then run it from there. It is also important to note that the shot.png file will be saved on the remote c: drive. Lastly, be sure that the user which you are using has permission to write directly to c:\, you might have to use a lower directory. 1 Thai Pepper OP CrimsonKidA Apr 3, 2014 at 5:50 UTC (root) wrote: error code 0 = SUCCESS!Gotcha. Keep in mind that on Windows server 2008 and higher OS UAC is activated by default and requires that you use an elevated command prompt for multiple operations. Additional you may ask in the sysinternal forum instead this one: http://forum.sysinternals.com/ Best regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or g
