In the case of a plugin, you can try to remove unnecessary required plugins. And you have here a thread detailing the log errors. Since you can launch Eclipse, but not the application, I would check if you don't have too many plugins included in your launch configuration. This file is limited we should not have so many entries/dependencies/plugins. If we add any external jars/if we add any plugins to the project this file will get extended with that entries. Try to reduce the entries from that file by removing unnecessary entries. Once I got this error, after removing unnecessary entries from ".classpath" file, problem got resolved and able to run the server/running testcases.
