I start it up and it says "Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port." It does this when I add my EXTERNAL ip to the target line; if I leave it blank or enter my LAN ip it works, but only starts as a LAN server. I think I have all the ports forwarded correctly, but I can double-check if someone would tell me what they are again. If your server only has one NIC and you are using the default port you do not even need the +IP part in the launch options.
