Hooked everything up. All is working except he was not able to connect the Internet through the wireless adapter he provided to connect to my Cox Cisco wireless modem. Initially, I was able to select advanced setup and try to enter the modem information manually. That didn't work. After installer left, I did a network reset and now I am not able to do any manual setup. I get to the screen to enter your IP address and DNS, but the only option I have is to do a default reset. The other button is no longer highlighted to select. The installer said it was my Cox modem, so I went to Cox and got a new modem. Still not working. I guess my question now i

I have ran thru the network set up and everything shows up okay and it shows I have a network connection but no internet connection. I read thru the forums and tried everything I can find but nothing I do seems to help. I have the UPNP activated so that should not be a problem. I know the connection is live as I've tried a laptop plus a cable tester to verify the connections are accurate. Is there any other trick to get the internet connected on this receiver? Tha
