Yesterday Diablo II LOD worked fine, today it doesn't start up. Already looked at this. Ran the video test program, it detects no video modes, but of course I have the newest version of Direct X and updated video drivers. The game ran yesterday, doesn't today. I can't set the video mode to Direct Draw since it doesn't find anything. After 9 years of being out, direct3d error you'd think the game was fit to run on any computer. :teehee: So, yeah, just wondering if anyone has ever had this problem, and how did you fix it? Anyway try reinstalling the game. If it was new, I would be patiently waiting for Diablo III, haha. After a computer restart, it didn't work. So I left it alone. Today I tried again and it worked. Pretty random. Just turn off everything you don't need, perhaps it was blocked by a virus, malware etc scan or something.
