RunDLL dell virus removal error messages after Vundo Virus Removed Started by LaDesta , Apr 29 2009 01:12 PM Please log in to reply 9 replies to this topic #1 LaDesta LaDesta Members 4 posts OFFLINE Local time:04:58 AM Posted 29 April 2009 - 01:12 PM Hi. My problem is very confusing to me, so I hope I may be able to find help here. I'll try to explain this the best that I can. I ran a full system scan using Windows Defender, and it had shown me a few risks that were considered severe, therefore I hit "fix" and it said it removed the files. Now I have the problem that whenever I start-up my computer, and first log-on to my name it pops up with two error messages, that say: RunDLL "Error loading C:\ProgramData\pumogepe\pumogepe.dll" "The specified module could not be found." and RunDLL "Error loading C:\ProgramData\juveguru\juvoguru.dll" "The specified module could not be found." I am currently using Windows Vista Home Basic, 32-bit Operating System. The name of the virus/malware/spyware (i'm not sure what it was), was Win32/Trojan, and it said something about VUNDO.

log onto Windows and after my desktop screen comes up, an error message comes up automatically on startup. This error message box is titled "RunDLL" With the below message: There was a problem Starting. C:\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Conduit\BackgroundContainer\BackgroundContainer.dll. The specified module could not be found. That is really annoying and I cannot find a way to get rid of it. I have run a complete virus scan with McAfee that is on my computer, Malware bytes full scan, and Microsoft scan…..nothing was found. My computer is running Windows 7 and this issue occurred after I installed a toolbar, since then I kept being redirected to a bogus search. Is it a virus? How can I fix the RunDLL error?
