my Outlook express. The softwares are Norton Anti-Spam (The trial version)and AVG anti-virus, which also includes a Email scan. I have Norton anti virus but that has been installed since. I don't know what had happen but I expected that it was AVG's fault since it showed an error under AVG. I had unistall both Norton anti-spam error number 0x800ccc0d windows mail and AVG, to see if the problem is solved but it hasn't.I had check to see if outlook express was blocked in my firewall but everything is Ok.I am receiving an error"The connection to the server has failed. When you uninstalled, it didn't correct OE's account.
