This problem prevents standard users from logging on to the system. As an administrative user, you can review the system event log for details about why the service didn't respond."Network and Sharing Center:(At the top, where it would show the networks)"UnknownThe dependency service or group failed to start"The last 2 things I am going to talk about are things in the "SERVICES" program."System Event Notification Service" Seems to be stuck in a "Starting" Status, which makes me unable to start or stop it.The last thing is the Network Location Awareness service. It is turned off, and when i try to start it, it gives me the error "Windows could not start the Network Location Awareness service on local computer. Error 5: Access is denied. I swear to god I've done every possible bit of searching in reference to my issue and cannot come up with a single solution that has worked. I'm fairly good with the English language, so I will do my best to make this post make the most absolute sense. I am attempting to create a server on my home PC for Minecraft public use. I will be offering access to my friends and family, so that we might be able to play together on a server I can control. I've read and followed MANY if not ALL of the recommended walkthroughs and guides in the world for setting this up, they've all returned negative results. After running the program, my folder was only populated with four items: Minecraft Minecraft_Server server.txt server.properties First, the error I'm receiving: [INFO] Starting minecraft server version 1.5.2 [INFO] Loading properties [INFO] Default game type: SURVIVAL [INFO] Generating keypair [INFO] Starting Minecraft server on *:25565 [WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
