install adobe reader on a windows 8 machine. I continue to get a 1500 error. There is not a inprogress folder in my registry as is https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1073137 often suggested as the problem. When I open the default folder there is no data in it. THis was also suggested as potential problem.Please help!
