I have emailed support twice and have gotten responses with numerous trouble shooting ideas...all to no avail. I have the newest itunes downloaded. My burn program is working correctly because I have successfully burned with it. visio error 2131 fix I am wasting cd's each time I try to burn from itunes because it does initialize the disc. I am so extremely frustrated and am looking at other paid downloading sites, but am disappointed because I really wanted to use itunes, in addition to wasting 15 dollars on the songs that I cannot burn to a cd. Has anyone ever gotten this error message before? Does anyone know what it means and what I can do

I am relieved (although not happy) to have found another post with numerous other people with this issue with dell inspirion's. Apparently the certain driver in dell and itunes are not compatible and it seems that neither apple nor dell wants to be held accountable for the issue.
