An unknown error occurred (2615)." I can then retry or go to the next disc burn. Retrying does not fix the problem. So far I have been able to backup about half of my music (4 CDs), but the other 4 I need to burn give me this error message. The only advice I can find about this error suggests upgrading from 7.3, but I am already using the latest version of iTunes (7.3.2.6). I am burning onto Memorex CD-R discs. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 08-19-2007, 12:23 PM #2 cjmnews Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Arizona Posts: 8,198 permalink Apple will ask you to try different discs.
