in MSI installations. But for PM2010free, when I have tried to install MSI instalation package, I get Error error 2738 autocad 2739.Could not access JavaScript run time for custom action . I have tried the solution what Google found in the faq: (run as administrator ) first go to %systemroot\syswow64% https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Installation-fails-with-message-Error-2738-Could-not-access-VBScript-run-time-for-custom-action-s.html folder (usually it's "C:\Windows\syswow64"): cd syswow64 regsvr32 jscript.dll regsvr32 has said registration of dll was successful, but next installation trial produced the same error again. Edit: to be sure,I did the same in system32 folder, but it did not help. I guess windows scripting host should be present, running e.g. cscript shows Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host verze 5.7 http://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/pm-2010-free-error-2739-even-after-regsvr32-jscript-dll.278564/ Last edited: Aug 2, 2010 poutnikl, Aug 2, 2010 #1 poutnikl Registered Member Joined: Jul 11, 2010 Posts: 9 Finally I got it working, by CLI execution of msiexec /i package.msi. poutnikl, Aug 2, 2010 #2 Mech_An Registered Member Joined: Mar 29, 2010 Posts: 855 Open Command prompt. Could not access Javascript runtime action This error is usually http://www.technipages.com/error-2739-could-not-access-javascript-runtime-action-fix appears because the jscript.dll is not registered in Windows. To register it, perform the following steps. Note: Be careful with these steps. Doing something incorrectly in the Windows Registry can damage your system. Option 1 - Registry Import Download jscriptfix by clicking here, then open the file with an archive utility. Run the included "jscriptfix.reg" error 2738 file. Select "Yes" > "Yes" > "OK" on the dialog boxes that appear. The file will import the registry changes automatically.
