I used to be able to reach my city’s website without a problem, but for months now I’ve gotten: “403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.” I have an iMac running OSX and a laptop running Windows 7, and I experience this problem on both computers while using Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE.
