I kept getting 403 Forbidden, and themed as Tom's Guide. I made a error 403 forbidden apache post in Tom's Guide about this error, and I found out about a "problem we are having". So I was just wondering what's going on? The forum's fine in my school at ~8:00 AM, but not at error 403 forbidden mac my home from ~3:00 PM to ~11 PM (all PST). Since it's such an isolated issue, we suspect it may be tied to an old IP ban, from way back when we were serving up 403's for IP bans.
