topic ahsin 0 Newbie Members 0 1 post Posted November 18, 2012 · Report post Hello everyoneNow I use uTorrent Server (utorrent-server-3.0) & Client (3.2.2) .I have already open/add a "Torrent File" in my utorrent server.And use utorrent client download this file.When I click torrent file , and click below botton http error 403 fix "Trackers" .Although I can see my track name(like http://tracker.domain.com:6969/announce) , but second column (status) apper "HTTP Error 403".Although I google this error , but still can't fix this question.Could anyone can assist me? updating tracker When I make torrents and insert my announce URL into the tracker list, it never seeds because I get the 403 http error. I dont know what do do, I tried chmoding the announce.php file to http://www.bvlist.com/showthread.php?t=2743 777 and even that didnt work. I only have a little problem, when I upload torrent all is OK with the tracker but in the uTorrent was checked 100% and the arrow turned to red and i got a HTTP Error 403 in client Tracker Status. I use a uTorrent client 1.8.5 stable and I cant seed the torrent. Please help me. Here is a link that has more information about permissions under Linux:http://www.tuxfiles.org/linuxhelp/filepermissions.htmlYou can either have the Apache user own the file (usually "www" or "www-data" or some name like this, you'll have to check), or, you can just give anyone read access to the folder. Make sure you apply it to not only the folder but also all the files inside the folder.Hope this helps, let me know if this wasn't clear. I changed the permissions to 777 in all the folder, but I cant find the Apacher user file, I check in all the server. In cPanel I dont know how to change the configuration of Apache...
