People keep telling me that it's because I changed the name of a folder, etc. I did error 4201 the instance name passed was not NOTHING! Out of the blue it stopped working. So I created a folder for those eMail on my pc called freq's. It was not till I rebooted my computer a few days later that I found out that Outlook was not working. I came across this thread and it jogged my memory about creating that folder. I got rid of the ' hyphen and thus my eMail program started to work again as it should with the MSN connector.
