Authorizing of computer or purchasing/downloading apps cause "Unknown error occurred (-42032)".According to other blogs, this error persists for several weeks, with no reaction from Apple. Pretty annoying, cannot play my purchases since then. Apple Support has not been helpful so far. Let's try creating a new user account with full administrative rights. Log out of your usual account and log into the new account. (Don't use fast user switching to move between account.)Launch iTunes. (No need to add files, just let it open to an empty library.) Try the authorisation again. Does it go through without the error this time?(If so, just quit iTunes and log back into your usual user account to get to you normal library.) Helpful (0) Reply option

Download the iTunes installer. Right click the installer and select "Run as . ." option. Then select an admin account and type in the password for that account. Then follow the prompts. So it was brand new when i got it. Since a week ago, on my iPod it says "connected", but on error 42032 the itunes library sreen on my computer where i try to sync the iPod to put more songs on it, it just says "The iPod 'Nathaniel' cannot be synced. An unknown error occured." While it says this, my iPod is saying that it is syncronizing, but the new songs aren't put on the iPod. I really don't understand what the problem is. I have dial-up, but it's been working all this error 42032 ipod time with it, and it's worked just fine with out an update, since i've only had the same itunes for 1 full year... So is there anything else that i can do? Anything I've overlooked or haven't checked into? i just really want to avoid updating with the dial up. Please please PLEASE help me.
