following these steps. Follow these directions based on your OS. Windows 8, 7, Vista or an unknown error occurred 42110 itunes XP Hold the Windows Key and press "R". Type "%AllUsersProfile%" without quotes, then press "Enter". Select "Apple Computer" > "iTunes". Delete the "SC Info" folder. OS X From the https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4970742?start=0&tstart=0 Finder, select "Go" > "Go to Folder". Type "/Users/Shared/SC Info" without quotes, then press "Enter". Delete the "SC Info" folder. Now try to launch iTunes again. You should be able to use the program without error.
