Under Device Manager , it shows it there and that the COM ports 1 and 2 are functional. I installed Winfax Pro 10.0 - when it tries to configure the modem - it tells me it is busy. So I tried to update the drivers from the SmartLink internet site - downloaded to a driver file. Went to Modems - updated the file from this specific location. Went to Winfax - same problem.
