My loadscreen gets stuck and times out, I am unable to log error 633 windows on and when I do geton I cannot change instance servers without the loadscreen stopping. Disconnecting and reconnecting (sometimes with a full power off) and flushing the dns seems to work for the first one or two loadscreens I have to deal with but after that it reverts to the error messages associated with connection issues and I have to repeat the process. I have followed all their troubleshooting recommendations, eliminating the program, its addons, my security software and my computer as the cause. I sent their tech support my diagnostic files and theyve informed the the issue is with you guys and that I should forward my tracert to my ISP.Is there any particular reason why this is happening, is it a general issue or specific to my internet service? Is there any way I can have this fixed? Please find attached my tracert, telia.net is when the signal reaches their servers.C:\Users\Sandi>tracert 12.129.209.68Tracing route to 12.129.209.68 over a maximum of 30 hops1 94 ms 59 ms 59 ms 169.254.80.23
