Sometimes the connection disconnects and while I try to reconnect I get the error shown above. After I logoff and logon again, then the connection works fine. I enabled logging and this is my log. windows-7 networking mobile-broadband share|improve this question edited Apr 21 '12 http://superuser.com/questions/411633/network-connections-error-720-windows-7 at 11:16 asked Apr 12 '12 at 14:08 nikhil 32811331 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote -1 down vote Try this, open an elevated command prompt and type in ipconfig /release all hit enter key now type in ipconfig /renew all hit enter key. does it work now? share|improve this answer answered Apr 12 '12 at 15:12 Moab 46.1k776129 Windows IP Configuration The operation failed as no adapter is in the state permissible for this operation.
