Solved Verizon Wireless card error 720 when trying to connect Posted on 2007-09-23 Networking Hardware-Other Internet Protocols 1 Verified Solution 10 Comments 5,223 Views Last Modified: 2013-12-27 I have a Verizon Wireless card PC5740 that has worked for the past year in my IBM - T60 with win XP Pro. Last weekend the wireless, Lan, and The Verizon card quit working. I deleted the wireless and Lan from device manager and the computer reinstalled them, and they both work. The verizon gives error 720. The modem was replaced by Verizon after their Tech support failed to correct he problem. I have updated the machine and windows, Bought a registry program and corrected 1900 errors, and the Verizon card still gives error 720.
