Note: The steps herein are for BIS subscribers only, BES subscriber can make a request for their own settings by either sending me a mail or by dropping a comment error 734 under this post. Requirements Install the latest BlackBerry Desktop Manager. The drivers that allow the BlackBerry to communicate through the USB port and virtual COM ports are installed.
