This program did not come with an uninstaller, so I went to Control Panel under Uninstall a Program and attempted to remove it by this method. This will disable the program, but not totally remove it, thus making the download of another anti-virus impossible. I have rebooted http://mvohio.net/index.php?topic=8237.0 and tried doing the Uninstall once again, only to get the following message "Please wait until the current program is finished uninstalling or being changed." I'm lost, any suggestions. Logged I'd rather slam my nose in a car door. I'd rather have a proctologist named Dr. Hook. If you have an administrator account and feel comfortable editing the REGISTRY try setting the permissions: Open regedit. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CA\CAPF, right click the key name and click Permissions. Highlight the line for Administrators. Make sure Full control and Read are checked, Special permissions is not checked, and there are no boxes checked under "Deny".
