In other words, you can find the only the 300 error logs of the current week in cPanel. It is not the problem with the logs option in cPanel and it is showing the logs fine." So I need to check my logs before the week-end. The occurrences vary. Sometimes it will give an error and sometimes not. The error is '500 internal server error' I would like to debug this, and find the cause. But when I check the error log in cPanel it is empty. Do I need to turn something on. How can I find out what is causing these intermittent but persistent errors? I've looked at the error logs for your domains and I found some errors to your add-on domain. The Apache error log says it is due to a pre-mature end of a script. 500 errors are tough since they are so generic. I hope this helps! If you need further assistance please feel

Hi all, I've been with UH for a few years now, and have a variety of reseller accounts under my control error log all using Ensim (still). I now more recently had a few clients open bronze hosting packages and all use cPanel which I am unfamiliar with. Firstly - I've been informed by UH that (after requesting SSH access...) I cannot view the apache logs with it (I like to tail -f whilst doing PHP coding), but that I could access via cPanel instead. This was already a big annoyance, as I'd cpanel error log not be able to see errors scrolling by but had to change window and refresh. However, now it seems that PHP errors don't show up there anyway. Is there a way to change this, is there an easy and convenient way to see PHP errors? Finally when my reseller accounts are migrated to cPanel will I be acquiring all these handicaps on those accounts too?? UH are easily the best hosting company I have experienced, with great support and features. But if I can no longer do these basic things I am going to be miffed. Hopefully it is just me not being acquainted with cPanel and/or non-reseller accounts Many thanks in advance for any help. If you require specific details for a site from error_log just open a support ticket and we can pull the information up for you. This is currently the standard on Cpanel so when your accounts from Ensim are moved over the same will apply. While this may not be ideal for you the benefits of Cpan
