Go to Domains, select all domains, ftp logs plesk click on Group Operation and switch Log rotation ON, switch condition ON and Daily, number of log files you'd like to keep (I use 7 myself), and finally, enable log compression. Log rotation happens during the night, so you'll probably notice it on the following day.
