hufffhh.Maaf, bukannya mengeluh tapi menyayangkan. Menyangkan karena tidak dibayar, padahal kalau di tukang service paling rendah biayanya 25 ribu rupiah. Lumayan kan ??? Hehheee, koq jadi curhat seehh.. Begini, printer Canon MP258 di kantor hampir setiap hari mengalami error dengan kode p02. Kode error p02 ini melaporkan dua kemungkinan. Yang pertama, kemungkinan kertas tersangkut pada tray. Yang kedua, kemungkinan ada sesuatu yang menghambat gerakan cartridge. Jika anda bertemu dengan error seperti ini, jangan khawatir karena trik untuk mengatasi error p02 pada canon MP258 sangat sederhana dan mudah dilakukan. Berikut adalah langkah-langkahnya. Jika error P02 diakibatkan oleh kertas yang tersangkut pada tray, maka solusinya cukup dengan mematikan printer kemudian menyalakannya kembali. Kertas secara otomatis akan keluar. Jika error P02 diakibatkan oleh adanya sesuatu yang menghalangi cartridge, maka langkah-langkah selanjutnya akan mengatasi masalah anda. Dalam keadaan printer menunjukkan P02 pada led, buka cover printer. Dalam keadaan normal rumah cartridge tidak akan bisa anda gerakkan ke kiri ataupun ke kanan dengan mudah. Tapi jika printer dalam keadaan error P02 maka rumah cartridge bisa anda gerakkan dengan mudah. Yang perlu anda ketahui, penyebab kedua ini umumnya hanya hanya terjadi pada printer yang menggunakan infus karena "sesuatu" yang menghalangi cartridge adalah selang infus. Cari posisi selang yang paling baik dan tidak menghalangi gerakan cartridge. Gerakkan rumah cartridge ke kiri dan ke kanan untuk memastikan gerakan cartridge tidak lagi terhalang oleh selang infus. Langkha-langkah di atas sangat sederhana. Jangan pernah berpikir untuk menyulitkan diri anda dengan melakukan reset printer karena ini sama sekali tidak berhubungan dan tidak menyentuh masalah.
