Oct 23, 2008 02:39 AM|friend.amee|LINK Suddenly i am getting error in my Microsoft Visual Studio. When i run my application i got this error. What should i do to solve this? Error reported by FreeProxy. Error Message: Timeout waiting to connect to the web site. Action Retry the action, using a valid Web address. im completely stuck. I am on a small home network, and want to stream a radio show across the internet (obviously). I can http://forums.winamp.com/archive/index.php/t-213353.html run sc_serv properly and broadcast using the DSP plugin (it is connected) or SAM broadcaster (also connects fine). sc_serv then displays "cannot connect to yp.shoutcast.com" and listeners on the internet https://www.securitystronghold.com/gates/proxy.html cannot connect (i know it's http://myip:8000 and it is my internet ip not my lan ip, and the portbase is 8000. Both ports 8000 and 8001 are open on error reported my router. In the DNAS config file, the src ip is set to ANY as is the dest ip. I tried changing both of these to my internet IP but i get the error "port already in use." I can connect, however, to my broadcast over my LAN, if i use http://mylanip:8000 I really am at a loss, please help! error reported freeproxy :0( (see attached file for full sc_serv.ini settings, if this helps..)
