Lua errors are basically WoW telling you that something is wrong or has gone wrong in one of your addons. Fun fact, it's possible to get Lua errors without any addons installed! (Because the WoW interface is using Lua themselves).As to your issue, after you removed the LUI addon, have you deleted your WTF folder? There may be remaining changes that LUI did that were not properly removed because an addon cannot detect it is being deleted and thus cannot fix those changes.
