Today we got customer go back with error message "Error writing to file: C:\Config.Msi\2e71b.rbf" when try to uninstall the program. uninstallation goes all the way through to the last 2 to 3 minutes and then cannot write the file to the Config.Msi folder. If the UAC is on and the problem persists, the customer can try this:- click Start, and then click Run (on Vista and Windows 7 you can search it)- in the Open box, type msiexec /unreg, and then press ENTER- click Start, and then click Run- in the Open box, type msiexec /regserver, and then press ENTERIf the problem still occurs the user can try launching the uninstall from an elevated command window using one of these commands:Code: Select allmsiexec /x
