Usually you'd have to re download it, but since you did and it didn't work . I have no idea. Do you have a disk in the disk drive? Try removing it and try playing Bioshock. MGS peace walker had some sort of problem like this. Then they removed the game, and put it back on the marketplace.GT: KryDamoure *Insert cool line here *.............I'm a very shy guy........ Watson New Member Posts: 95 Likes: 0 Trophies: 0 'Cannot read disk' I'm not sure if this is in the right section but... I was just playing Fable 2 in me humble bedroom like I have since Tuesday and suddenly my 360 made a couple of strange grunts which I thought wasn't right... So I tried to save but before I got to the menu it went 'your disk is unreadable. It may be scratched http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/927749-xbox-360/65467735 or just turn off the xbox 360.' I have no idea what's happened or why... If it was overheating, surely it would have displayed the two red rings instead? I only got my console about two weeks ago so I don't understand a whole lot about them. Oh and the disk seemed to be perfectly fine, there were a couple of minor scratches but I didn't think that they'd do anything (I have http://fablehero.com/threads/cannot-read-disk.9726/ no idea how they got there, the disk has been in the console for the past week...) Id just save as often as it lets you and carry on as i havent had any real unfixable problems yet. I'm sure its just the disk drive failing. Causes The main cause of this error is generally errors on your hard drive. fable 3 These can either be bad sectors that have not yet been marked as bad by the filesystem, or your hard drive may be failing. Very rarely, this error may be caused by a bug in Steam. Solutions The first step is to verify that your hard drive is in good health and that all bad sectors have been marked as such by the drive. To do so on Windows: Click Start > (My) fable 3 disk Computer Locate the hard drive Steam is installed on. By default, this is C: Right-click this drive and select Properties. Click the Tools tab. In the Error-checking category, click Check now... In the dialog that appears, check "Automatically fix file system errors" and "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors." Click Start. If you are scanning the C: drive, you will be asked to schedule the disk check the next time you start Windows. Accept, restart your computer, and allow the disk check to start—do not press any keys to skip the disk check. Allow the disk check to complete. This process may take up to several hours, depending on the size of your hard drive and the number of errors. Once your hard drive has been checked, verify the integrity of the game cache Please see Verify Game Cache Files (GCF) for instructions. If you are still seeing this error, move your Steam installation. We recommend testing on another hard drive, but you can also try installing Steam in another folder such as C:\Steam\ We also recommend redownloading the game instead of using your existing files—you can back up your steamapps folder in the meantime. The reasons for doing so are multiple: It ensures a fresh copy of the files are downloaded. It will generally

Having a disc read error like you've got is a classic sign that a) you dont have the LT+ Firmware installed and have patched your game .iso's and B) have now been flagged for a Xbox Live ban Obviously, if you DO have LT+ installed and have patched both your games, then its clearly a different problem, which we can discuss, but if you do enough digging around on these forums, you'll find all of the above infomation can be verified, and you can even find tutorials relating the the issuies as well.....
